I have to say the service from Les and team was first class. He was very informative and showed all work as done, explaining precisely the functions of the boiler. We had been without heat since September 2022 and had no one could figure out why we couldn't get any heat in all but 2 of our radiators. Les asked a few questions, had a look and within minutes had established what the problem was. Les and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. We would highly recommend them.

Les visited my home on the day I contacted and very quickly diagnosed the problems of a faulty installation by another firm including remedying a gas leak. Despite being very busy he got me into his schedule quickly and in an unbelievably swift process changed the boiler flue, rewired the system electrical junction box, reversed the boiler main flow pipes and replaced a broken zone valve. This was followed up with some post work after sales advice after which the system is running properly (a hot shower is a wonderful thing !!) Thanks Les

Had our boiler replaced by Les 3 years ago - great installation and clear choice of products. Settled on the recommended Baxi boiler and very pleased with result. They converted our storage system into a combo boiler set up and we have had no issues at all. Regular annual servicing reminders and a thorough check up. Very knowledgeable and no pressure. Highly recommended.

Had an issue with our boiler, Castle Heating came round the same day, identified and fixed the problem in just a few minutes! Super efficient, highly professional and good value - we would highly recommend! Rang Les Friday morning to say that the boiler wasn’t working, he was busy on a job all day but said he would be round at 9 a.m. Saturday morning. The boiler needed a new board as the current one was burnt out. He rang his supplier to check if there was one in stock, there was, and collected it and fitted it in the same day. Very good value for money. Very neat and tidy work
