“We returned home to a freezing house on the 7th January old gas boiler not working, remembering a friend who was very happy with their installation I asked and they recommended Les at Castle Heating, I rang reception and spoke to Roma who said Les was in my area and said he could attend in 30 minutes, He managed to get it working but said it wouldn’t last long, we contacted them 2days later and he returned and said parts unavailable as its 33years old and gave us a quote for a new gas boiler which we were very pleased with. He loaned us a fan heater to help us out. Many thanks to Roma, Les, Eddie, for a brilliant service.”

“After having some work done on our boiler by another company who then said it was beyond repair and gave us an extortionate quote for the work done and for a new one, we gave les a call and he managed to squeeze us in very quickly, drove over 100 miles to us, fitted our new boiler and moved it up into our loft out of the way, and for alot less than the other company we're going to charge! nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend castle heating!. wont be using anyone else in future. Thankyou les!”

“I cannot recommend Castle Heating enough! Les and the team did such a fantastic job for us and went above and beyond to help us fix a massive issue that we have had with our underfloor/air source heat pump system. We were actually loosing hope and a lot of money heating a house that couldn’t be heated until Castle Heating came along! Our house was a new build and when the underfloor/ air source system was installed it was never installed correctly ! It’s taken over 8 years and 6 plumbers who were lovely but admitted it was such a complicated job that they couldn’t fix it or wouldn’t know where to even start. Les was recommended by another plumber and Les came over so quickly and looked and would pop back to check stuff out ect and he was informative throughout. When Les came to do the job he was efficient and quick and informative and the heating works perfectly! I cannot thank the team enough! I would one million percent recommend!”

“Initially we called Castle Heating for a breakdown 2 days before a large family gathering on Christmas day. Not only did they come out quick and at the stated time, they left us able to get through our gathering. Two days after Christmas, they fitted the new boiler in what is the most awkward of places. I never did get their names, but the 2 men were absolutely brilliant. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The bonus..... all this at a really good price. “Castle heating responded to my emergency call on Saturday late afternoon regarding my 91year old father's heating problem.Les attended within half and hour and identified the problem. He called me to let me know what was going on, and offered to bring in logs for my fathers wood burner. What a gem! Excellent service. Thank you.”

“I contacted Castle Heating due to a leaking cold water pipe to our Air Source heating cyclinder. This system is in a barn conversion and is very difficult to access pipework in the eave space. I imagined the worst, having to remove vast amounts of the system to even access the problem. Despite this being the case, Les arrived on time, quickly made sense of the compicated network of pipes and completed the job swiftly without all the distruption I imagined. He also went to the effort of adjusting the pipework to reduce the chances to the problem reoccuring again. Like others I found Les extremely approachable, hardworking and knowledable. Highly recommended.”

“Phoned Castle Heating on Wednesday late morning for a leak coming from my hot water tank. Les and his colleague (sorry forgotten your name) were with me in a couple of hours and had closed off and drained the tank. Next morning arrived promptly and fitted a new tank and had me all up and running again in no time. Lovely neat job. Very friendly, helpful and reliable. “Professional/Dependable /Rapid Les visited my home on the day I contacted and very quickly diagnosed the problems of a faulty installation by another firm including remedying a gas leak. Despite being very busy he got me into his schedule quickly and in an unbelievably swift process changed the boiler flue, rewired the system electrical junction box, reversed the boiler main flow pipes and replaced a broken zone valve. This was followed up with some post work after sales advice after which the system is running properly (a hot shower is a wonderful thing !!) Thanks Les”

They converted our storage system into a combo boiler set up and we have had no issues at all. Regular annual servicing reminders and a thorough check up. Very knowledgeable and no pressure. “Fantastic service Rang Les Friday morning to say that the boiler wasn’t working, he was busy on a job all day but said he would be round at 9 a.m. Saturday morning. The boiler needed a new board as the current one was burnt out. He rang his supplier to check if there was one in stock, there was, and collected it and fitted it in the same day. “I had a Water filter system supplied by UK-Water filters which then I hunted for a plumber to carry out the works. The costs I was quoted were way to high and even got rejected by some plumbers who said they had never put one in so there for would not do the works. Castle plumbers came and installed this for me with absolutely no trouble. I would highly recommend these to anyone for cost and efficiency, punctuality and even for works to be carried out on a Saturday was a very reasonable rate. Very pleasant company to have carry out works.”
